We offer a couple of delivery options when you are checking out.
Free Pick Up – Based in Hessle, East Yorkshire we allow our customers to pick up their order directly from our shop. This is great for those local that want their items straight away without the need to wait for a delivery. - FREE
POSTAL SHIPPING
We offer two shipping services:
Express - 1-3 Days Royal Mail Tracked Delivery - £6.99
Standard - 2-4 Days Royal Mail Tracked Delivery - £4.99
International Signed For – This service is via Royal Mail and should be with you within 4-5 working days. When it arrives it will require a signature. £18.99
All orders where items are "In Stock" are normally shipped within 48 hours.
UK Only: FREE Shipping on orders over £60
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Currently we are only shipping to the UK and Ireland.
When shipping international please be aware you may receive taxes on your order based on your country tax laws. We are not liable for these taxes and this should be considered when ordering.
We do not ship to out of country forwarding addresses. Any orders using such services will be cancelled.
PRE-ORDER SHIPPING
Orders of multiple items with multiple release dates will only be shipped when the entire order is ready for shipping. You may pay an additional shipping charge to have the order separated and part shipped.
DEPOSIT ONLY ORDERS

DELAY/LOST ORDERS
We pride ourselves on our service, but on the off chance an order does not arrive please wait 10 working days before contacting us. After 10 working days please contact us we will then look into the delivery and do our best to find out what has happened and get back to you asap. In the event of an item being sent to the wrong address due to the customer entering the wrong details we will try to help, but in this event if we can not retrieve the item the customer will be found at fault and the order considered completed. - Important: We do not offer refunds based on delayed orders (Such as turning up a few days later) - In some cases 24hour tracked is delayed. Again we do not offer refunds if this happens as it is out of our hands.
DESPATCHES
We only have collections Monday-Fridays at 4pm - Any orders placed after 4pm on the Friday will not be despatched until Monday at 4pm. Please note this includes express service.
RETURN TO SENDER
If your order is returned back to us due to the delivery service unable to deliver it may be down to a few reasons;
- Was your address correct?
- Were you not in at the time of delivery/Did you not rearrange delivery?
- Customer refused delivery.
In any case any orders returned back to us we will notify the customer of this. The customer can then request a redelivery (Extra shipping costs will be required) or if the customer no longer wants the item they can cancel the order for a refund. (Important: Delivery and any tips will not be refunded)
Customers have 5 working days to get back to us with what they would like to do. If we do not hear anything within 5 working days the order will be cancelled.
